Stay calm and check carefully first

Before taking action, check your bag, hotel room, pockets, restaurant table, taxi, or ride-hailing vehicle. Sometimes a card or phone may simply be misplaced.

Freeze or deactivate your card in the App

If you still have access to the Bananana! App, freeze or deactivate your card immediately. This helps reduce the risk of unauthorised transactions.

Contact Bananana! support immediately

If your card is lost, stolen, or you suspect unauthorised use, contact Bananana! support as soon as possible.

You can contact us at:

If your phone is lost, reinstall the App on a new device

If your phone is lost, you can regain access by installing the Bananana! App on a new device and signing in with your registered mobile number.

Complete identity verification

For security reasons, you may need to complete identity verification before accessing your account again or setting a new passcode.

Check your recent transactions

After regaining access, review your recent transactions carefully. If you notice any transaction you do not recognise, contact support immediately.

Keep your account information safe

Do not share your OTP, passcode, card details, or login information with anyone. Bananana! support will never ask you to disclose sensitive security information such as your full passcode or OTP.
